Crayola
I was lucky enough to have Crayola at the LuoAdopts event, and what a star he was! So well behaved from the start — sitting and laying down quickly became his favorite party trick once he realized a treat was coming his way each time. The event was loud and overstimulating, yet Crayola was an absolute angel throughout, greeting every dog and person he met with the same enthusiastic joy. He never missed a beat!
Crayola ended up being the final adoption of the day, closing out the event on a high note and heading off to his forever home. What a success!
But then — Crayola came back. His adopters returned him, deciding a smaller pup would be a better fit for their family. So let's help him find his real forever home.
At the next LuoAdopts event, we were there from 11am to 4pm, and this guy handled every single minute like a champ. To keep him engaged, we spent time working on training — and wow, does this pup have a gift. He is incredibly treat motivated, which makes teaching him an absolute joy. If you have snacks, you have his heart!
He is so expressive and affectionate, and his excitement is contagious. Despite the busy environment, he never once had an accident inside the building. He was great at communicating when he needed to go outside — just a little happy dance around me and the message was loud and clear!
He walked well on the leash, loved when we would go outside to do some short sprints to get out the extra energy! This sweet, smart, easy-to-train pup would make an incredible companion or family dog. He thrives with attention, loves to learn, and has a personality that lights up a room. Crayola might be back, but both me and him are ready to find his forever home!
